Acceptable Use & Content Policy
Last updated June 2026. This policy governs all content posted to the $3 Vibe Club (the “Platform”) at the3vibeclub.com.
1. What the $3 Vibe Club is
The $3 Vibe Club is a moderated, membership-based community mutual-aid platform. Vetted members pay a recurring $3/week membership and may post short videos describing a genuine real-life expense they need help with — such as rent, groceries, utilities, transportation, or medical bills. Other members and supporters contribute by card. Every payout must be followed by a receipt video demonstrating the funds were used for the stated real-life purpose. The Platform is not an adult-content, entertainment, or general-purpose content-monetization service.
2. Prohibited content
The following are strictly prohibited and will be removed. Posting them may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of membership:
- Adult, sexual, or pornographic content of any kind.
- Violence, threats, weapons or ammunition sales, or content promoting harm.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or any unlawful goods or services.
- Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
- Fraud, scams, money laundering, deceptive fundraising, or misrepresentation of need.
- Requests unrelated to a genuine real-life expense (e.g. gambling, speculation, or “just because” asks).
- Spam, impersonation, or intellectual-property infringement.
3. How we moderate content
We use a layered moderation process combining automated and human review:
- Automated keyword scanning. Every submission — campaign title and description, forum post, comment, and receipt description — is programmatically scanned before it is published. Content matching prohibited terms is blocked outright; borderline content is automatically flagged and queued for human review.
- Mandatory manual review. The host personally reviews and approves every member before they can post, reviews campaigns, and reviews every payout receipt video. Linked videos are hosted on third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube, which enforce their own content policies) and are reviewed by the host in context.
- Ongoing monitoring. The host monitors active campaigns and community posts and removes any content that violates this policy.
4. Reporting violations
Every campaign, forum post, and comment carries a Report control. Any member or visitor can flag content they believe violates this policy, select a reason, and add detail. Reports go directly to the host's moderation queue for prompt review. Automated keyword flags land in the same queue. The host reviews open reports and either removes the content and strikes the author, or dismisses the report.
5. Repeat-violator policy
We enforce a strikes-based repeat-violator policy:
- Confirmed violations result in a strike against the member's account.
- Three strikes automatically suspends the account.
- Severe violations (e.g. adult content, fraud, illegal activity) may result in immediate suspension without prior strikes.
- A suspended member cannot post campaigns, comment, receive payouts, or benefit from membership until reinstated. Suspension may include cancellation of their membership and permanent removal.
6. Payments & transparency
All payments are processed by Stripe. Member campaigns route 80% to the member's connected Stripe account and retain 20% as a platform fee for the community pool; host campaigns split 50/50. Every verified transaction is recorded on our public transparency ledger. Refunds and disputes are handled in accordance with Stripe's processes.
